🔎 About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza The Gresham Dublin as a Sous chef. In this role, you will be integral in working with the Head Chef, our team of 2 Sous Chefs and your wider brigade to implement the necessary timely changes to improve menu standards, kitchen operations and team management. The Sous chef will be responsible to drive and implement positive changes and standards

• The Sous chef should be certified to Level 2 HACCP training with a good knowledge of procedures and regulation.

• A short trial session may be required to ascertain skill set

✔️ What We’re Looking For

•  Level 2 HACCP Certification

•  Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Sous chef in a very busy hotel environment

• Passion for cooking

• Friendly outgoing personality along with excellent personal presentation.

• Passionate about producing high quality food in a standards driven kitchen.

• Able to tackle every task given to you with the highest levels of enthusiasm.

• Be an excellent team player

• Be willing to learn

• Gross salary: €40-45,000 per annum paid monthly reflective of experience

• Annual leave: 20 days per year
