This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Hotels & Resorts as a Housekeeping Supervisor. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the housekeeping department. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and guest satisfaction of the hotel's guest rooms and public areas. Your leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities will contribute to the overall success of our housekeeping team.

💼 What You’ll Do 

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and control the inventory of housekeeping supplies, such as cleaning agents, linens, amenities, and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any guest-related issues.
• Attend regular meetings and provide updates on housekeeping operations, challenges, and improvements.
