Chef de Partie Roles :
Essential Skills :
- Must be reliable and flexible to work midweek and weekends
- Have previous experience working within hotels or in a similar role.
- Have a passion for and genuine interest in food and new trends.
- Have a mature and pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members.
- Be a team player.
- Excellent work ethic
- Be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Fully HACCP trained with a good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations
- Passionate about food and creative about menu development.
- Minimum 2 years experience at this level.
- Shortlisted candidates maybe called for a trial day to show us what you can do.
- Candidates must be able to legally work full-time in Ireland & available to start within 2-3 weeks of successful appointment.
