Revenue Executive
Are you interested in launching an international career path with us?
This position will support the Revenue Department by creating and analyzing documents that help automate processes and streamline decision-making.
Develop a strategic, cross-functional vision of the hotel business through a comprehensive training program. The trainee will undergo exhaustive training in brand promotion and customer acquisition.
What You’ll Do
Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the other departments involved as Contracting, Sales and Online.
Provide weekly dynamic forecasts of expected results, variances and budget comparisons.
Responsible for assessing, analysing and pricing group business strategies.
Analyze overall monthly hotels performance and provide summary reports with recommendations to improve long-term strategies.
Regularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation, offers tracking, etc…)
Responsible for best practice standards to include: competitor analysis; distribution yield management; business mix yield management; length of stay yield management; inventory availability by channel; pricing control, allotments, etc.
Prepare outline and provide to the process of preparing annual revenue budget.
Any other reasonable requests made by management.
What You Bring to the Table
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Experience: Previous hotel internships are highly preferred.
Languages: Dual-fluency in Spanish and English (professional working proficiency required).
Mobility: 100% availability to travel domestically and internationally for property support and training.
Soft Skills: A highly agile, hands-on, and analytical mindset, balanced with proactive solution-finding attitude and excellent communication skills to articulate data-driven recommendations.
