About the Role
We are looking for an Online Reputation Department Assistant to join our team in Palma. This role will be key to ensuring that our quality and service standards continue to make a difference in our guests' experience. If you are proactive, customer-oriented, and motivated by challenges, we want to meet you.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to online reviews.
- Prepare online reputation reports.
- Update hotel content on various online channels.
- Support functions for the Guest Relations OTAs department (pre-stay messaging).
